Perfidious

Scrupulous

  1. Having a sense of principals.
  2. Adjective
  3. Synonyms- Honest; Moral; Meticulous.
  4. The scrupulous customer returned the extra change that the cashier gave him.

Spurious

  1. Something that is not true or authentic.
  2. Adjective
  3. Synonyms- Artificial; Deceptive; Phony
  4. It took weeks before that theft was discovered because the thief replaced the painting with a spurious copy.

Stratagem

  1. A trick used to gain an advantage.

  4. Hans was the victor because of the stratagems he used to hold up his competitors.
