Gravitas- (noun) is a serious and solemn attitude or way of behaving.

• The gravitas of the students became serious when the principal entered the room.

Alacrity- (noun) is being prompt or eager, also to get speedily ready.
• Related Words- (syn.) swiftness, zeal, and rapidity
• The judges made the decision to put them in first place with alacrity.


Recalcitrant- (adjective) is to be stubbornly resistant against the authority of another person or group, or to be very difficult to deal with.
• Related Words- (syn.) unruly, disobedient, and unmanageable
• The inmate of the character was far more recalcitrant criminal.

Propensity-(noun) is the tendency to demonstrate a particular behavior.
• Related Words- (syn.) tendency, susceptibility, and predilection
• The propensity of that character was different than the others.

Fallacious- (adjective) is to contain or involve a mistaken belief or idea, also to be deceptive and misleading.
• Related Words- (syn.) wrong, erroneous, and disingenuous
• The boy told such a fallacious story every one turned against him
