"perfidious;" your sentence would be more clear if you would say "The perfidious boy lied to his mother."
"spurious" is an adjective. as in "the boy bought a spurious copy of a Picasso on e-bay...which explained the price!" (-1)
Sorry, I missed one. "Probity" is a noun. you are using it as an adjective--describing the noun "statement." (-1)
